NCSO`s, (HSE) advisers make sure people are safe at work and offer guidance on implementing and following H&S law.

At O&G Resource Management Ltd. our Health and safety advisers include National Construction Safety Officers (NCSO) and typical (HSE) Health, Safety Advisers. They are responsible for keeping people safe at their work sites. We assist Clients Contractors in following safety systems and develop policies and procedures to make sure people are not harmed by their jobs, investigate, and report accidents, and provide guidance to Clients on how to comply with the ever-changing law and work-sites. They can also assist in responsibility for health-related projects, such as organizing talks, training for staff, programs implementation, Auditing and monitoring programs effectiveness.

Typical responsibilities for our Clients can include but not limited to:

  • investigating health-related complaints and cases of ill health
  • Pandemic policy implementation and maintenance
  • carrying out risk assessments and site inspections
  • ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely
  • identifying potential hazards, site inspections and site auditing
  • determining ways of reducing risks, loss control
  • compiling statistics and writing reports
  • developing and running health and safety meetings effectively
  • liaising with external health and safety authorities
  • keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation.
  • Assisting with development of safety systems, implementation and maintenance
  • Keeping up to date with current rules, regulations and ongoing training.
